This white is made from the pink-skinned Moschofilero grape, known for its intense aromatics, from Mantinia, high in the hills of the Peloponnese in southern Greece, on a plateau at 700 meters. The Troupis winery has made this special bottling to showcase the Moschofilero grape in its unaltered form: grape skins included in the juice, wild yeast fermentation and lack of filtering before bottling, giving a full flavored expression that would be a fun accompaniment to the Thanksgiving stuffing!
